MySTRHost provides direct-booking website setup, managed hosting, domain connection, and maintenance services for short-term rental owners and property managers.
2. Subscription Billing & Setup Fees
By subscribing to a MySTRHost tier (Essential, Professional, or Ultimate), you agree to the following billing terms:
- Recurring Subscription Fees: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis (e.g., $15 USD/month for Essential, $39 USD/month for Professional, or agreed rate for Ultimate) via credit card or approved payment provider.
- One-Time Setup Fees: One-time setup fees ($149 USD for Essential, $399 USD for Professional, or custom quoted setup) are due upon signup to initiate design and development.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel prior to your billing renewal date.
- Currency: All fees are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at support@mystrhost.com or calling (865) 268-9835. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once custom website construction or configuration has commenced.
- Subscription Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable for partial monthly billing cycles once charged.
4. Client Responsibilities & Property Data
You agree to provide accurate, truthful property information, high-resolution photographs, correct property management system (PMS) booking links, and contact details. You warrant that you own or hold appropriate copyright licenses for all photos, logos, and content supplied to MySTRHost.
5. Domain Names & Intellectual Property
- Client Ownership: You retain full ownership of your property brand, photographs, copy, and customer data.
- Domain Names: Custom domains acquired or configured by MySTRHost on your behalf remain your property upon account satisfaction.
- Service Code & Templates: Website layout templates, custom code structures, design framework systems, and hosting infrastructures owned by MySTRHost remain the exclusive intellectual property of MySTRHost.
6. Uptime & Service Availability
We strive to maintain high web hosting availability and SSL certificate security. However, MySTRHost does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or warrant against third-party PMS booking link outages or domain registry DNS delays beyond our operational control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MySTRHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost revenue/booking damages arising from or connected to the use of or inability to use our services.
